In the new normality in sports, especially in water activities, our body has sought to adapt to new training modalities that we were unaware of, but that little by little we have made part of our day-to-day to continue training as swimmers with lifeguard class.
Swimming is a sport that takes into account other special requirements of people like no other discipline does. Such is the case of asthmatics, epileptics, pregnant women, and all those who suffer any kind of physical or mental decline, who are favored with this ability.
One of the goals of swimming is the utilitarian approach. This is the one that will cover the basic needs of the human being, such as preserving life.

- Breathe in through your mouth by opening your lungs as wide as you can.
Put your whole head under the water and release all the air.
Try to make as many bubbles as possible and as big as possible.
When swimming, your body and your head must turn to the right in order to take a breath.
Try to do bilateral breathing. That is, right arm – I take a breath on the right side – I grab the edge and blow – left arm – I take a breath on the left – I grab the edge and blow.
